Konnie Patke
Executive Director
Konnie Patke boasts nearly nine years of experience as the Director of Group Sales for the Fredericksburg, TX Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she excels in fostering relationships with local partners and stakeholders. With a philosophy that “None of us are as good as all of us,” Konnie has significantly boosted group room night production by over 300%, establishing Fredericksburg as a premier destination for corporate retreats and small conferences.
Beyond her role in tourism, Konnie has provided invaluable support to local businesses, leveraging her expertise in social media to build strong client bases. Her diverse interests range from sports fandom (including the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers) to wine, fitness, family, reading, and animal rescue.
With a background in hospitality and meeting planning, Konnie‘s commitment to service and community makes her an invaluable asset.

Michelle Moore
Office Manager
Michelle Moore came to work at the Columbia County Tourist Development Council in 2015, where she currently serves as Office Manager. She maintains the Tourist Development office. Michelle plays an important role in the daily operations of the Tourist Development Council through her dedication to Columbia County, providing visitors with information on the area, and distributing brochures to local hotels and campgrounds.
Michelle and her family are lifelong residents of Lake City, Florida. She lives on a small farm in Columbia County and enjoys reading, gardening, hunting, and farming. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her two daughters.
