In Lake City, Florida’s Springlands, our springs, lakes and rivers are undoubtedly our biggest attraction. But there’s plenty of other fun stuff to do, too. You can play 18 holes at one of our quality golf courses. Visit our parks for hiking, biking, boating and birding. Or drop in to one of our several community centers for tennis, pickleball and other games while the kids romp on the playgrounds. Plus, you can learn about our colorful past at the Columbia County Historical Museum. Located in an 1870s-era two-story house, each room displays a different historical era. It’s fun and educational!
Quail Heights in Lake City is not just your average golf course. Enjoy a round of golf on their manicured course, take a cooling dip in their swimming pool, or enjoy something tasty to eat.
The Lake Isabella Historic Residential District consists of all or parts of thirty blocks southeast of Lake City’s downtown area. The district encompasses a large and concentrated collection of buildings that reflect national trends in architecture during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
Visit our education and exhibit center and be treated to a one-of-a-kind experience.
